The highly-printable surface of most rigid PVC vinyls allows us virtually unlimited flexibility for high resolution multi-color printing that is far superior to the print quality limitations of silkscreen printing. In addition to its printability, rigid PVC vinyl lends itself well to diecutting. There are several plastic substrates that can be scored, folded and glued.
Rigid PVC vinyl substrates are available in clear and white, gloss and frosted finishes in a variety of calipers and can be printed on one or two sides in 6 or more colors, depending upon the specific substrate.
In addition to rigid and flexible PVC vinyls, there are several printable plastic polypropinate, styrene and high-impact Lexan™ substrates available for special-use pieces.
