About Custom Conversions

Because there are some limitations to printing on preconverted envelopes, we are able to manufacture just about any type of standard and custom envelope you may need.

Standard Conversions
All standard envelopes use a solid steel die, called a "High Die."

Custom Conversions
Because the cost of building a High Die for most custom conversions would be prohibitive, an Adjustable Die can be used for most types of envelopes.

While there are exisiting Hie Dies for most standard envelopes, an Adjustable Die is a good option for many custom projects because the 4 independent blades can be moved to accomodate a wide range of envelope sizes, however, the corners will be square (as opposed to rounded).
