Recognizing the value of keeping pace with technology, Lange Graphics has always strived to maintain a state-of-the-art facility, a strict adherance to industry standards and a dedication to developing and perfecting innovative printing techniques.
We are particularly proud of Lange Digital — our digital pre-press department, which features the latest imaging technologies available, including a Creo Computer-To-Plate (CTP) imaging system, Creo Prinergy PDF workflow and on-demand digital printing via our new HP Indigo Press 5500 digital color printing press.
Equally impressive is our press room, which features both a 28" 6-Color Plus Coater Komori Lithrone press and a new, state-of-the-art 41" UV six-color KBA Rapida 105 press. The UV convertible press allows us to print on a wide variety of plastics, vinyls, and metallized paperboard substrates. All of our sheet-fed presses feature computerized ink control and coating towers in addition to friction dampening systems, which eliminate 98% of hickies in our press work and allows us to print smooth, dense solids and consistently perfect screens and vignettes. All this combined with our CTP imaging system equals commercial printing of unparalleled quality.
Also housed in our facility is Jetway Envelope — our commercial envelope division. Capabilities of this division include high-speed Jet Press printing of all varieties of preconverted envelopes in addition to custom envelope printing and conversion services.
With all of the finishing, warehousing and fulfillment services necessary to complement our printing capabilities, our clean and modern facility is well equipped for rapid turn-key production of just about any type of printing project you may have.
